This season of my career is about carrying forward all that I have learned — more than two decades of leading enterprise-wide finance, strategy, and transformation — into a chapter where I thrive in creating a portfolio career centered on impact and intention.
My journey as the Founder of The Brookshire Advisory Group is both an evolution and an expansion. I’ve spent years helping organizations modernize, strengthen governance, and build smarter financial systems and operations. Now, I’m building my own, while continuing to make meaningful contributions in my industry, with equal parts faith, focus, and determination.

Through The Brookshire Advisory Group, I’m blending financial intelligence and human intelligence to help leaders and organizations achieve strategic clarity, measurable outcomes, and sustainable growth.
We focus on:
Micro-Consulting Sprints – high-impact strategy sessions designed to unlock insights and remove barriers.
CFO-on-Demand Services – bringing executive-level, tech-fluent financial leadership to organizations ready to scale with purpose.
Workshops & Strategic Advisory – equipping teams to lead with alignment, accountability, and innovation.
And as part of the Nasdaq Milestone Circles Program, I’ll be working on one milestone to accelerate our growth while sharing the process transparently — the wins, the pivots, and the lessons learned along the way.
