Meet Our Founder
A nationally recognized finance executive and board advisor, Malena has been named one of the Top 25 CFOs by Finance and Investing and recognized with a national Innovation in Business Award. With more than two decades of leadership experience across sectors, Malena specializes in aligning strategy and resources to drive impact during periods of significant change. She has strengthened mission delivery and infrastructure, optimized resources by aligning priorities and operations, established risk-based decision frameworks to guide resource decisions, and led multimillion-dollar technology investments that modernize core business systems.
Malena helps organizations navigate growth, risk, and regulatory complexity with solutions that deliver results. Her career spans executive leadership at federal and state government, including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Executive Office of the President, the State of Wisconsin, and Chief Financial Officer of AmeriCorps, a federal government corporation. Malena has also provided strategic financial leadership as a board treasurer and advisor to start-up nonprofits and other social sector organizations.
